Obituary for Lewis F. Rivell Jr.

Lewis F. Rivell, Jr. age 81, of Paulsboro passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2019. He was born to the late Lewis F. Rivell Sr., and Lerena (Stevenson). Lewis retired from Mobil where he was an operator for the waste water unit. He was a member of Paulsboro Masonic Lodge, Paulsboro Sportsmen's Association and attended New Beginning Assembly of God Church in Paulsboro. Lewis enjoyed vacations to Williamsburg, VA, loved Ford automobiles, trains, and WWE Wrestling. He was also an avid Philadelphia Phillies Fan. Most of all he loved to be Pop Pop to all of his family.

Husband of the late E. Blanche Rivell, he is survived by children, Allan Bundens (Becky), Robert Bundens (Joann), Barbara Kershaw (Fred), Edward Bundens (Joan), William Bundens (Stacey), Lerena Henry (Tom), and Lewis F. Rivell lll (Dawn), 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, his brother, George Rivell (Rebecca), and his nieces and nephews, George Rivell (Kathy), Debbie Damminger (Rob), Rick Rivell, Ken Rivell. Lewis was also predeceased by his grandson, Allan Kershaw.

Family and Friends may visit from 9:30 am to 11 am on Saturday, February 16th, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ where a funeral service will be held at 11 am. Burial will be in Eglington Cemetery in Clarksboro, NJ. As an expression of sympathy, contributions can be made to the charity of your choice.
